Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Zairah Ab Rahim

Dr. Nor Zairah Ab Rahim is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies with a major in Information Systems Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara. Her academic journey continued with a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and culminated in a Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Nor Zairah has not only showcased scholarly excellence but has also held pivotal administrative roles within the university. As Assistant Dean of Global and External Engagement, IT Academic Fellow, Program Coordinator, and Academic Manager, she has demonstrated her commitment to both academic pursuits and institutional leadership. Her mentorship extends to supervising over 20 Ph.D. and 19 Master's students, nurturing the next generation of scholars. With an extensive publication record exceeding 100 contributions, Dr. Nor Zairah's work spans vital information systems subjects, including technology adoption, e-government, and knowledge management. Her multifaceted approach to research is evident, and her contributions have been cited over 2000 times by fellow scholars. Actively contributing to the Association of Information Systems Malaysia Chapter since its inception in 2014, Dr. Nor Zairah serves as its secretary. She has played key roles in prominent conferences such as the International Conference on Economics, Business and Management (ICEBM), the Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS), and the International Conference on Research and Innovation in Information Systems (ICRIIS). In industry and consultation, Dr. Nor Zairah has led projects worth over RM1 million, collaborating with organizations like the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Pestariang Berhad, Wanita Berdaya Selangor, and the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), contributing to knowledge advancement and practical applications.

Assoc. Prof. Datuk Dr. Sabri Mohamad Sharif

Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM)

Datuk Dr Sabri Mohamad Sharif is an Associate Professor of Policy and Innovation Management at the Faculty of Technology Management and Technopreneurship, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). He graduated with a degree in Laws from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He later obtained his master’s degrees in Policy, Science and Technology Management (M.Sc) with distinction from Malaya University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ballarat (Federation) University Australia respectively. He completed his PhD at the Malaysia National University (UKM). His research interest includes areas related to policy, innovation management and intellectual property commercialisation, entrepreneurship, and innovation leadership. He was a senior vice president (technology marketing, telecommunication and technical support) at Quantum Business Sdn. Bhd. and has been on secondment as a Senior Research Officer in the Prime Minister's Office and Advisor for policy, economy and innovation in the Chief Minister's Office as well as former Chief Executive Officer of Institut Tun Perak Melaka. He was appointed as Adjunct Professor at Lincoln University College Malaysia. He was an Academic Fellow at Universiti Melaka (UNIMEL). He was a Member of Melaka Economy Action Committee and Melaka Unity Committee. He was an Alumni Fellow of the Association for Oversea Technical Scholarship (AOTS), Japan. He continues to be actively involved in research and innovation as a consultant for industries. He was awarded Panglima Mahkota Wilayah (P.M.W.) which carried the official title of Datuk, from Yang di-Pertuan Agong Malaysia (King of Malaysia). He recently published two books on Policy for Big Data and Post Pandemic Nusantara Economic perspective. He has published over 15 books and has won 4 National Book Awards including the UNESCO Book Award. He has published more than 70 articles and journal papers focusing on various issues in several Malaysia newspapers, magazines, and journals. He has also been invited as a keynote speaker in international conferences and symposium in Tangerang, Yogyakarta, Bogor, Bandung Indonesia etc. Currently, he is also a Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs & Alumni) UTeM. Under the secretariat of the deputy vice-chancellors, he is the Chairman of the Council for Graduate Employability and Careers of public universities Malaysia (MyGRAD). He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Alumni Council of Public Universities Malaysia (MALUMNI) 



Assoc. Prof. Dr. Habil. Zoltan Szabo

Director of International Affairs

University of Sopron, Hungary

Dr. Habil. Zoltán Szabó, PhD, MBA, is an Associate Professor at the University of Sopron and has held the position of Director of International Affairs since August 1, 2021. With over 20 years of professional experience in higher education, he has taught in English, German, and Hungarian across various academic levels (BA, MSc, MBA, PhD). He earned his scientific habilitation and doctoral (PhD) degrees from Szent István University. Additionally, he graduated from Webster University with an MBA, Christian Agricultural College Dronten in the Netherlands with a BA, and GATE GTK with an MSc. His primary areas of teaching and research encompass marketing strategies, marketing management, and tourism and settlement marketing. He has successfully supervised the completion of Ph.D. degrees for 4 candidates. He is also the author of over 100 domestic and international scientific and professional publications. Between 2013 and 2016, he served as the head of the SZIU Marketing Management Department. In the years 2015-2016, he led the BA program of trade and marketing. From 2016 to 2017, he headed the tourism programs at the University of West Hungary. Starting in 2016, he became an Associate Professor at the Budapest Business University. Moreover, from 2017 to 2021, he held the position of Director of International Affairs at BBU. Beyond his involvement in education, he also works as a consultant in the SME sector and actively participates in numerous domestic and international tenders.

Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan

Graduate School, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Phillipines

Jocelyn O. Jintalan is a faculty of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Program, College of Tourism, Hospitality and Business Management, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Nabua, Camarines Sur. She finished her baccalaureate education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration Technology. She pursued her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Saint Anthony. She continued to persevere further and claimed her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Saint Paul University Manila, as a CHED K+12 Scholar. She is a faculty researcher in office administration and business management field with some of her researches were published in an international journal. She likewise presented research outputs in national and international research fora. Currently, she has an academic rank of Assistant Professor IV and a designated Dean of the Graduate School.

Professor Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan

Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU., ASEAN Eng., Professor of Mechanical Engineering. Currently working as a Professor at Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta Indonesia, and has additional duties as Rector of Universitas Tarumanagara. Apart from being a Professor, Professor Agustinus also serves in various professional organizations, business organizations, and social organizations. Various awards and achievements have been achieved during his time as a Professor. Fields of research interest include product design and development, prosthesis, natural fiber composites, and innovation management. 

Dr. Ravishankar M

Principal

Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management (DSATM), Bangalore, INDIA

Dr. Ravishankar M has completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Mysore. He served as a Professor and Head of the Department of Information Science and Engineering (ISE) at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bangalore, He also served as a Principal at Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology (WIET), Mysore. He is currently serving as Principal at Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management (DSATM), Bangalore. Dr Ravishankar started New Age Incubation Network (NAIN) to encourage Entrepreneurship and Innovation and received funding of more than a Crore. As a Principal Investigator, Dr Ravishankar received funds for various projects under the Directorate of Science and Technology (DST). As a project advisor, he has motivated several students to participate in various industry-connect competitions. Dr Ravishankar has guided more than 10 PhD Scholars, has more than 100 publications to his credit, and has guided and investigateted several UG and PG projects. He has also delivered several lectures and was invited as Session Chair and Panellist at various events.  



Dr. Shian Lee

From a young age, Dr. Lee has exhibited an unwavering fascination with science and flight technology. He dedicated himself to pursuing a comprehensive educational background in aviation, ultimately achieving a Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering. As one of the foremost pioneers in the field, he has actively contributed to the study of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), successfully spearheading projects that received funding from esteemed entities such as the Department of Defense. Dr. Lee's research endeavors have encompassed a diverse range of captivating subjects, including Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), flight simulation, Artificial Intelligence, Multiagent Systems (Swarming), and cutting-edge battery technology. At present, Dr. Lee is deeply entrenched in the progressive development of electrical flight. Driven by an ardent conviction that the future of air transportation must embrace eco-friendly practices, he firmly advocates for the adoption of electrical power as the paramount trajectory for achieving this mission. Boasting over a decade of invaluable experience in UAS research and harboring a lucid vision for the future of flight, Dr. Lee stands poised to revolutionize aviation technology, paving the way for a more sustainable and promising era. 



Dr. Ravi Foogooa

Senior Lecturer

School of Innovative Technologies and Engineering, University of Technology, Mauritius

Ravi Foogooa graduated as a computer engineer from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France) in 1993. He furthered his education with an an MBA from the University of Mauritius (2000) and a PhD from the Open University of Mauritius (2023). . He has worked for eight years at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (Government of Mauritius) as a Project Manager and one year as an analyst/programmer in an insurance company in Mauritius. He has led ICT projects involving the design and development of information systems and the management of various computerization projects as well as national ICT projects.He has been lecturing at the School of Innovative Technologies and Engineering of the University of Technology, Mauritius since 2002. He teaches software engineering, management information systems and agile project management He is an academic advocate for the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is currently the President of a Toastmasters International Club in Mauritius and promotes public speaking. He has also researched areas such as ICT outsourcing, sustainable ICT and use of ICT in education and published in international conferences and journals. He can be contacted on rfoogooa@utm.ac.mu
