Sustainable development and growth are important principles of national development planning to meet the demands of a growing global population. Because living organisms and people are inextricably linked, without sustainable development, natural resources will be depleted. Sustainable development ensures Mother Nature remains healthy and natural resources are available for future generations to enjoy. Agriculture, energy use, environmental protection, waste management, and water quality are all long-term issues that life sciences can resolve.
We provide a platform for academicians and researchers to exchange information and findings from sustainable research in conjunction with the Sustainable Development Goals. Synopsis:
The astounding technological achievements in the twentieth century would not have been possible without innovation in engineering. From Neil Armstrong’s walk on the Moon to 5G cellular phones with multiple functions, engineering and scientific advances have captured people’s imaginations and demonstrated the wonders of engineering science. Without the creativity, ingenuity, and courage of innovators, innovation and invention in engineering would not succeed. Many complex engineering achievements have become part of everyday life: engineering innovation and creativity are taken for granted. Without it, the world would be less accessible, more imperfect, far less attractive, and new industries and old industries transformation will not be happening. An endless number of innovations include plastics to carbon fibres and then to various applications, electricity generation and distribution, renewable energy, clean water, CO2 sequestration technique, advanced concrete materials, and even the cold box for coronavirus 2019 disease. All these have transformed the economy, the military, and society, making the world more prosperous, healthier, and safer in the process. In this Research Track in ICIT 2023, we welcome engineers, innovators, and researchers with eminent research and innovation, regardless of any engineering field, to share and publish on innovation with ICIT2023, and make the technological innovations possible.

Synopsis:
Education is a crucial component of every person's existence in today's modern culture if they are to continue their lives in a qualified manner. Furthermore, it is well understood that education is a key idea that supports and lays the way for the development of all aspects of society. Education is described as "the process of altering behaviour" in its most generic and simple terms and there are many more definitions of education in academic literature. The necessity for lifelong learning has arisen as a result of the continual need for personal evolution brought on by global changes and developments. In other words, lifelong learning is necessary to stay current with changes in the world, maintain intellectual and occupational development, and enhance individual talents in various areas. The lifelong learning strategy has become a significant part of human lives in today's modern society and has become a research topic that necessitates careful examination. This conference track seeks appropriate papers and presenters who passionately discuss lifelong learning, teaching, learning, and policy planning connected to managing education. They should also have experience in using teaching methodology for lifelong learning. It provides insight into some of the key concerns, beliefs, and obstacles associated with the most recent and cutting-edge teaching techniques. There are talks about the delicate balance of lifelong learning, balancing public health and safety while preserving equal educational provision for the nation, as well as insights into its social and economic implications for education.

Theme : Cultivating Resilience and Adaptability: Thriving in a Dynamic World
Schedule : CLICK HERE
Venue : Academic Block B3-09 (Conference Link - CLICK HERE)
Synopsis:
Adaptability to change and resilience in the face of adversity is crucial for success in today's rapidly changing world. At the Innovation and Creativity for a Sustainable Future conference, the Embracing Change and Resilience track will examine the psychological factors that promote resilience and adaptability. The concept of a growth mindset is the key topic. Individuals with a growth mindset believe that their abilities and intelligence can be enhanced through tenacity and effort. This mindset can assist individuals in viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth rather than as threats to their sense of self.
In this track, speakers may discuss methods for fostering a growth mindset in individuals and organisations. Cognitive reappraisal, or the ability to reinterpret stressful events in a more positive light, is another crucial aspect of resilience. This may involve reframing challenges as opportunities, finding meaning in difficult experiences, or focusing on the positive aspects of a given circumstance. This track may include presentations on cognitive reappraisal techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness meditation. Social support is also an important component of resilience. A strong support network can aid in stress management, provide emotional validation, and provide practical assistance. Speakers in this track may discuss techniques for constructing social support networks, such as participation in group activities and the pursuit of mentoring and coaching.
Finally, this track may discuss the significance of organisational resilience. Organizations that can quickly and effectively adapt to a rapidly changing business environment are more likely to thrive. Speakers may discuss the role of leadership in fostering resilience, the advantages of a resilient organisational culture, and the ways in which training and development programmes can be used to build resilience within organisations. The Embracing Change and Resilience track at the conference on Innovation and Creativity for a Sustainable Future will provide insights and strategies for building individual and organisational resilience. Attendees can position themselves for success in a rapidly changing world by embracing change and developing the skills to adapt and thrive in challenging environments.
